TERMS OF DELIVERY
Delivery in Russia and around the world:
  • Delivery across the Russian Federation, Belarus and Kazakhstan - to the SDEK TC branch. The assembly and dispatch of goods is carried out within 1-3 days. Delivery time In Russia - from 2 to 14 days (depends on the city), in Belarus and Kazakhstan - from 5 days.

  • Worldwide - only within the Russian Federation, then the customer is engaged in logistics (but we are always ready to help as much as possible in organizing transportation). Delivery time is 2-4 weeks, depending on the country. Please check the terms of receipt in your department.


Delivery in Ukraine:
GLINA production is located in Ukraine, individual delivery conditions are available to residents of the country.
  • Delivery in Ukraine (goods from availability) is FREE.
  • You can pay in hryvnia.
  • Orders are sent by New Mail within 1-2 business days after payment of the order. The delivery time depends on the delivery city (on average 2-3 days).

The procedure for processing and sending orders
Registration

After placing an order on the website, you will receive 2 letters to the mail:

  • confirmation of your order
  • invoice for payment of the order
Processing and sending
Order processing takes from 1 to 3 working days. After your order is processed, assembled and sent, you will receive a letter about the shipment with an indication of the tracking number for tracking (on the website of TC SDEK).
Delivery and logistics

We are not engaged in logistics. We transfer your parcels to the SDEK TC. For self-tracking, you will be sent a tracking number for tracking the parcel (on the website of the TC SDEK). Further, the customer is engaged in logistics (but we are always ready to help as much as possible in organizing transportation)
